New DareDevil PoS malware also infects ticket machines and electronic kiosks

Softpedia - (International) Researchers with IntelCrawler identified a new piece of point of sale (PoS) malware dubbed DareDevil that has been found affecting several PoS products including Figure Gemini PoS, Harmony WinPOS, OSIPOS Retail Management System, and QuickBooks Point of Sale Multi-Store and includes features such as backdoor access, keylogging, and RAM scraping. The malware was also found to be targeting PoS systems on mass transit system ticket kiosks.
