Massive Gmail credential leak is not result of a breach

Help Net Security - (International) Google investigated a dump of Gmail credentials posted online and found that the credentials were not the result of a breach and that less than 2 percent of the credentials might have worked. Users were advised to change their passwords, use strong passwords, and enable two-factor authentication if possible as a precaution.
