Partners HealthCare notifies 3,300 patients of email breach

Associated Press - (Massachusetts) Boston-based Partners HealthCare announced April 30 that it notified approximately 3,300 patients of a security breach that allowed hackers to access medical and personal information, including Social Security numbers, following a November 2014 incident where a group of employees received phishing emails that tricked their targets to provide password information or to click on malicious links.
