Meade School District dealing with information breach

Meade County Times-Tribune; Rapid City Journal - (South Dakota) South Dakota's Meade School District discovered a computer breach October 30 caused by an internal computer error that made hundreds of Social Security numbers of former students available online by allowing access to the district's transcript server. Authorities worked to determine the origin of the breach and correct the issue.
