Clinic announces inappropriate access of records

Red Wing Republican Eagle - (Minnesota) The Mayo Clinic Health System announced July 11 that a data breach which was discovered within the past two months after a Red Wing, Minnesota employee inappropriately accessed records for 601 patients. An internal investigation was launched upon discovery of the breach, and all affected patients are being notified.
