Boulder Community Health investigating stolen patient records for 3rd time since 2008

Boulder Daily Camera - (Colorado) Up to 334 Boulder Community Health patients were notified May 7 by the hospital that their personal medical records may have been accessed after the hospital learned that least 9 patients had copies of their personal medical records stolen either from inside or near the hospital's Foothills campus, then mailed to them by an anonymous source. The hospital is working with authorities to conduct a full investigation.
