'Tiny banker' malware targets US financial institutions

IDG News Service - (International) Researchers at Avast analyzed an updated variant of the Tiny Banker (also known as Tinba) financial malware and found that it is now able to target new financial institutions including ones in the U.S. The malware can inject HTML fields into banking Web sites when a user visits them in order to collect personal and login information.
