Dothan man pleads guilty to stealing patient records from medical facility to file false tax returns

Huntsville Times - (Alabama) A former lab technician pleaded guilty July 8 to stealing patient records while working at a medical facility in Montgomery, Alabama. The former technician along with others stole medical records and filed more than 100 fake federal tax returns, which victimized approximately 73 individuals.
