Dairy Queen customer data compromised by Backoff malware

Bloomberg News - (National) Dairy Queen representatives reported October 9 that the payment systems for 395 of its stores nationwide were compromised by the Backoff malware, exposing the personal and financial information of less than 600,000 customers who used payment cards at affected locations between August and September.
