Palm Springs Federal Credit Union loses hard drive with customer data

Softpedia - (California) An audit at Palm Springs Federal Credit Union in California found that a hard drive containing an undisclosed number of customers' names, Social Security numbers, account numbers, and addresses was unaccounted for on or about October 20. There was no statement on whether the data was encrypted or unencrypted.
