Data leak reported with five-month delay by Touchstone Medical Imaging

Softpedia - (National) Touchstone Medical Imaging announced October 3 that personal and billing information collected from patients before August 2012 were available online since the beginning of May. The exposed folder was removed by the company's IT department once it was discovered that the patient data was readable.
