Data at risk for 9,000 individuals following unauthorized access to SRI Inc. website

SC Magazine - (Indiana) Indiana-based SRI Incorporated notified approximately 9,000 individuals that their personal information, as well as tax identification numbers, bank account and routing numbers, and Social Security numbers, may have been breached after new files were added to the software behind the company's auction Web site, enabling unauthorized access to users to post and delete files. The company is investigating the incident and removed all personal information from its system.
