ProMedica patients' data may be at risk
2014/05/29Toledo Blade - (Ohio) ProMedica notified 594 patients May 28 that their personal and medical information may have been breached after an employee at its Bay Park Hospital in Oregon accessed the records between April 2013 and April 2014. The hospital system fired the employee and continues to investigate the incident after discovering the breach April 2.
