Thousands of critical government buildings face high risk of cyberattacks

Washington Examiner - (National) The U.S. Government Accountability Office released a report January 12 detailing how systems that control and allow access to elevators, lights, ventilation, and fire alarms in federal buildings are vulnerable to cyberattacks that could compromise security due to functions like air conditioning, closed-circuit TV surveillance, and door locks that have become more automated and centralized.
