State Department unclassified network back up after four days

NBC News - (National) The U.S. Department of State announced March 17 that Internet service on its unclassified email network was restored after it was shut down March 13 follow the discovery of malware in the system in November. The department reported that some email delivery could be delayed while the system resumes normal operations.
