Computer containing patient data stolen from Seton
2014/04/28KTBC 7 Austin - (Texas) Seton Northwest Hospital in Texas notified approximately 180 patients that a password-protected Hewlett Packard desktop device, which holds their personal information, was stolen from a locked storage area of the hospital's sleep lab in February. The hospital is investigating the incident.
