Pizza orders reveal credit card scheme, and a secondhand market

New York Times - (New York) Police in New York City conducted a sweep that led to 14 arrests November 13-14 after it was found that criminals using stolen payment card information were placing orders through a Domino's mobile app in order to test which stolen card numbers were able to be charged to. Card numbers that were able to be successfully charged to were then used for larger fraudulent purchases.
