Social security numbers stolen from Tufts Health members

Boston Globe - (Massachusetts) Tufts Health Plan notified about 8,830 former and current insurance plan holders that their personal data, including their Social Security numbers, were stolen. The health insurer reported the theft was not due to an electronic breach or IT system hacking.
