U.S. State Department's unclassified email systems hacked

Reuters - (National) A spokesperson for the U.S. State Department confirmed November 17 a cyberattack on the department's unclassified email systems which prompted officials to shut down portions of the system over the weekend of November 15 to improve its security. The breach was detected several weeks ago and no classified data was compromised.
