Lubbock Cardiology Clinic advertises security breach in electronic health records

Lubbock Avalanche-Journal - (Texas) Lubbock Cardiology Clinic in Texas announced April 1 that more than 1,400 patients' medical records, which included personal information, were affected in a security breach of its Electronic Health Records system after an individual gained unauthorized access December 30, 2013 to January 30, 2014.
