Patient info stolen from Duke Health office

WRAL 5 Raleigh - (North Carolina) Duke University Health System notified patients August 29 that an unencrypted thumb drive containing patients' names, medical record numbers, and physicians' names was stolen from an administrative office in Durham in July.
