Secret Service investigates hacking at Orange County Employees Association

Orange County Register - (California) The U.S. Secret Service is investigating a breach of the Orange County Employees Association's servers, after the union notified its members July 31 that hackers may have stolen the personal information of thousands of Orange County members and nonmembers who have insurance through the association-operated Velece Insurance Corp. The association discovered the breach July 23 and continues to investigate.
