4,000 veterans personal information compromised

KSAT 12 San Antonio - (Texas) The South Texas Veterans Health Care System in San Antonio notified 4,000 veterans October 8 that their personal and health information was inadvertently released after letters were printed and mailed double-sided each containing prescription medication information for two unique veterans September 15.
