SF General investigates security breach involving patient records

San Francisco Chronicle - (California) The University of California, San Francisco announced March 6 that a former doctor who worked at San Francisco General Hospital from 2005 to 2013 illegally removed copies of an unknown number of patient records from the medical center. Public health officials are working with the university to notify patients whose records were stolen.
