2,000 Virginia Credit Union debit cards being replaced after skimming scheme

WTVR 6 Richmond - (Virginia) Virginia Credit Union representatives reported that approximately 2,000 bank member debit cards were vulnerable after the bank discovered ATM skimming devices were installed at their Glenside and Southpark branches over the weekend of May 23. The bank promised to restore any losses due to fraud, and the investigation is ongoing.
