Mosaic Medical patient records possibly breached

Bend Bulletin - (Oregon) Mosaic Medical announced March 12 that the personal information of over 2,200 patients may have been accessed after employees discovered a break-in at the Health Information Technology department office in Bend January 15. Officials reported that nothing was stolen from the office but paper documents with medical insurance information, email addresses, and phone numbers could have been accessed.
