Two accused of planting skimmer at Sierra Madre gas station

San Gabriel Valley Tribune - (California) Two Glendale men were arrested June 7 for allegedly installing a skimming device on a Sierra Madre gas station pump after an alarm on the pump was triggered. One man was under investigation by the U.S. Secret Service, and police found skimming devices, counterfeit payment cards, laptops, and tools used to break into gas pumps in the men's car.
