Four charged with making credit cards with 'skimmed' info

Southern California City News Service - (California) Four men from the Los Angeles area were arrested September 18 for allegedly using skimming devices to obtain payment card information, creating fraudulent payment cards, and stealing over $2 million from around 10,000 accounts.
