Description

LSAC(v2)
The util-linux packages contain a set of low-level system utilities that are necessary for a Linux operating system to function. This update fixes the following bug: * Due to a regression, the fdisk utility did not provide kernel with updated information about new partition table on some systems. Consequently, fdisk failed to partition a disk not in use at the time. A patch has been provided to address this issue and fdisk now works as expected in the described scenario. (BZ#865791) Users of util-linux are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix this bug.
