If the attachment is executed, it will spawn Outlook and attempt to send itself to all users in all mailing lists. While this is going on, it brings up a flash animation like this:

Payload Details

This worm is dangerous. It will attempt to delete *.com, *.exe, *.dll *.bmp, *.log and *.ini files on the Windows directory, requiring an operating system reinstallation to make the machine operable again.
